Inspired by personal grief to help others in need, Dian Alyan credits her Procter & Gamble (P&G) career with providing the backbone and discipline that has turned heartbreak into action that is changing lives around the world. Knowing how to sell shampoo has helped her provide shelter for children in more than half a dozen countries, an ongoing mission that earned her the P&G Alumni Network’s Humanitarian Award in 2009.
