Chapter 10. Set Your Sights
It's easy to argue about strategies and tactics. There are so many different ideas (and combinations of ideas) about in which direction any company should head that you can easily get stuck in analysis paralysis. It's a common problem in any sphere where complex challenges must be addressed. Just look at the national political realm: nobody on either side of the aisle likes war, pollution, or poverty, yet they vehemently disagree about what to do about them.
For the moment, however, set aside arguments about how to fix the problem, because they tend to exacerbate internal divisions. Instead, focus on where agreement is much more likely to be achieved: the solution.
