INTRODUCTION

The subject of how important engaged team members are to the team and the organisation is of much interest and research. It is considered so important that most major organisations carry out regular engagement surveys to gauge the level of engagement among their employees. This chapter will explore concrete ways of ensuring higher engagement in the team.
