Alley: An alley is the negative space between columns, modules or units on a grid.
Alpha channel: Alpha channel, or “A,” controls color transparency in the RGBA Web color system. (See also RGB.)
Analogous color: Analogous colors sit next to each other on the color wheel and work well together in color palettes because they contain some of the colors sitting next to them.
ANNCR: The abbreviation for announcer is ANNCR.
App (application): Apps, short for “(software) applications,” are programs designed to run on a computer, tablet, smartphone, website or social media.
