Professor Robin Stuart-Kotze, BA, MBA, PhD, is currently chairman of Behavioural Science Systems Limited. His former executive roles include senior vice-president of Central Capital Corporation and president of BGH Central Atlantic. He has consulted at senior levels with a number of global companies such as Xerox, Exxon, Westinghouse, Nortel, J&J, Rothmans, BP, P&O, Oracle, PwC and Ford. Robin is the author and co-author of eight books including Performance: The Secrets of Successful Behaviour.
