Jim Noble's career as a technology strategist and chief information officer (CIO) has taken him into the boardrooms of some of the world's largest corporations. He has been CIO at Altria; managing director, Global Technology, at Merrill Lynch; and head of IT strategy for BP and General Motors. He was the inaugural CIO after the merger of AOL and Time Warner.
