Jim Noble's career as a technology strategist and chief information officer (CIO) has taken him into the boardrooms of some of the world's largest corporations. He has been CIO at Altria; managing director, Global Technology, at Merrill Lynch; and head of IT strategy for BP and General Motors. He was the inaugural CIO after the merger of AOL and Time Warner. His current role has him serving as senior vice president of IT and Business Services for Talisman Energy, a Calgary-based oil and gas company.
