ZEROING IN ON LEADERSHIP PASSION

Why do some people seem to be more passionate than others? Part of the reason is surely genetic. Humans are diverse. We show variability in height, personality, intelligence, athleticism, and numerous other traits. It would be surprising if differences in passion did not, at least to a certain extent, belong to a similar rank. For example, Jeff Bezos had to be dragged out of a kindergarten class because he didn't want to stop learning. Not every child experiences this same level of fascination.
