Do privacy concerns impact on blogging motivations?
Given the very public nature of blogging, we need to explore how concerns about privacy might impact on the motivations of would-be and continuing bloggers. This is particularly problematic for journal bloggers, with their focus on their own lives and experiences. Over half of the respondents to both surveys reported having experienced problems with family, friends or employers as a result of their blogging.
