Quality and Management Consultancy
Quality is not the matter or responsibility of any one profession or discipline and some of the tensions in modern life and business exhibit themselves in just such separations. One of the clearest, and strangest, is between the importance of quality in proving the means to build and maintain a business and the pre-eminent management focus on the [financial] “bottom line.” Revenue, profit, survival, and growth all presume and build on basic good quality management and it is vitally important everywhere in business—including invoicing, billing, and every aspect of the financial management. We need to establish this to complete some of the concluding links we want to make.
