The performance question I'm most frequently asked (along with "How can I improve my golf game?") is "What can I do to increase my confidence?"

Two things build confidence: success and preparation.

One evening I received a phone call from the coach of an NHL hockey team. The team had been performing poorly and had just suffered another disappointing loss.
