Definition
If ever there were any characteristics that would solve many shortcomings in a venture or new idea, it would be the attitude of confidence and fearlessness of the owner of the idea. Every other aspect of the venture can be solved by adding resources. However, if a positive attitude brimming with confidence and fearlessness is weak or missing, the chances are high that the venture will not succeed, at least with this person at the helm.
