Megan and Blake decided to make what they believed to be their last field trip a short one. They had only one place to visit and, as far as they knew, no one to really talk to—there were no guides for the small town in west Texas. After their flight landed, they rented a car and headed west. After about an hour, they were still in the suburbs and quickly approaching their destination.
