9 Managing Teams and Performance Appraisal
When you are working with teams, the performance appraisal process starts as soon as you begin to form the team and/or as soon as the team has a purpose and goals. The function of the “and/or” depends on whether you intend to evaluate the employees who are becoming members of the team, the team itself, or both. Here we discuss all three possibilities.
