First, the big news: Windows 10 brings back the Start menu! Now the bad news: The new Start menu doesn’t look much like the Start menu in your earlier version of Windows.

Although it’s different, the new Start menu works almost identically to the Start menu of old: Click the Start button in the screen’s bottom-left corner, and the Start menu rises, listing all the apps and programs installed on your PC.
