It’s fair to say that nothing ever goes wrong with a PC unless there’s a human involved in some way. Machines are simply not capable of going wrong on their own, as it’s going to be performing an operation, making a change, applying an update, or just not understanding correct use that can lead to anything from a minor issue to full-scale failure.
