I just counted how many files are currently sitting on my C: drive, where Windows 10 is installed on my PC. This doesn’t count my documents, pictures, music, and video, which I store elsewhere to ensure file security, but there are well over half a million files in almost one hundred and thirty thousand folders sitting on the drive.

Now, I have some big app suites installed, such as the full Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and several large games including Elite: Dangerous (Cmdr Travers ...
