Description
Utility Manager configures which of the accessibility tools (Magnifier, Narrator, or On-Screen Keyboard) should start automatically when Windows starts (or when Utility Manager is opened). Narrator runs by default when Utility Manager is opened.
Notes
You must be an Administrator to configure these settings.
You can also start Utility Manager by using the keyboard accelerator Windows Logo Key-U.
