Manipulating Credentials with cmdkey
Windows 7 stores credentials such as usernames and passwords in the Credential Manager vault. For example, if you regularly log onto a website on the Internet, you can save the credentials in Credential Manager. Then, when you access the website, you’ll automatically be logged on. Your credentials are stored in special folders called vaults and can be managed using either Credential Manager (as shown in Figure 10-1) or the cmdkey command.
