5.8. Customize the Data Displayed by Media Player

You can see just the information you want for every media file by customizing the Media Player view to show the specific media details you prefer.

Windows Media Player keeps track of a great deal of information for all your media files. For music files, Media Player keeps track of standard properties, such as the album title, artist, and the track names and lengths.
