8.3. E-mail Multiple People Using a Contact Category

If you regularly send messages to a particular collection of people, you can organize those recipients into a category. This saves time because when you choose the category as the message recipient, Windows Live Mail sends the message to every address in the category.

Sending a message to a number of people takes time because you have to either type many addresses or select many people from your address book. If you find that you are sending some of your messages to the same group repeatedly, you can avoid the drudgery of adding those recipients individually by creating a distribution list or, as Windows Live Mail calls it, a contact category.
