Using a Shared Printer
To use a shared printer, you have to set up an icon for the printer in your Devices and Printers window. The easiest way to do this is to browse or search your network for shared printers by following these steps:
1. Go to the desktop and open File Explorer from the taskbar, or press Windows Logo+X and select File Explorer.
2. In the left pane, click Network. Locate the computer that is sharing the printer you want to use. (On a large network, you can use the Search box to help find it.) Double-click the computer icon.
3. Double-click the icon for the printer you wish to use.
