A Brief Email Primer
Although the Internet email system isn't complicated, there is a bit of background you should know if you're new to all this. Knowing how the email system works, what security issues are involved, the basics of email etiquette, and some fundamental jargon, acronyms, and symbols will stand you in good stead during your e-conversations.
