Working with the Windows Address Book
As you'll see a bit later, when you compose a new message or reply to a received message, Outlook Express provides fields in which you can specify the address of the recipient. If you have correspondents with whom you swap notes frequently, typing their email addresses each time can be a pain.
Instead of typing your recipients' addresses each time you compose a message, you can use the Windows Address Book to store these frequently used addresses for easy recall.
To display the Address Book, use any of the following techniques:
- Select Tools | Address Book or press Ctrl+Shift+B.
- Click the Address Book toolbar button.
- In Windows 98, select Start | Programs | Internet Explorer | Address Book.
