Getting Started with FrontPage Express
This is as good a place as any to bring FrontPage Express into the discussion. To get the program started, select Start | Programs | Internet Explorer | FrontPage Express. Figure 37.1 shows the FrontPage Express window that appears.

PAGE DOWNLOAD TIME
If you look at the FrontPage Express status bar, you see that one of the boxes says 2 seconds. This is the estimated time that it would take to download the page using a 28.8Kbps connection.
