Challenge
A medium-sized company wants to implement Windows Server 2012 Failover Clustering so that they can create a series of highly available virtual machines. The IT Director has specified a couple of requirements but one of the main requirements is that when the failover cluster first starts or when virtual machines are live migrated, specific workloads running on the cluster should have priority over other workloads on the cluster.
