Prior to installing Windows Server 2016 you need to make a number of decisions. The choices that you make will be determined by the role that you want the server to play in hosting your organization’s workloads. You’ll need to decide which edition of Windows Server to install. You’ll also need to decide whether you’ll install the Server with Desktop Experience, also known as Server with GUI, Server Core, or Nano Server.
