Although the material in this chapter is targeted mainly toward the project manager of a Terminal Server/MetaFrame implementation, I feel it’s worthwhile for anyone involved in the project to have a clear understanding of the implementation requirements—not only what they are, but also why they’re needed. Many technical people I’ve met feel this is really nothing more than “fluff” and has little impact on the “real” work they’re required to do in order to drive the project to completion.
