As you saw in Figure 1-1, the menu system in Media Center is really a combination of two menus: It uses vertical and horizontal menus that correspond to one another to let you quickly access what you need. Arrows become available if additional menu choices are available but not shown on your screen. Just click an arrow to move through a menu, or click a command to begin a task or operation.

Every piece of the menu is divided into categories, with thumbnails (small pictures) that let you easily see and access what you want within each category. Rest your pointer on a thumbnail, and watch the individual thumbnail enlarge for easier viewing. Click a thumbnail, and the feature you’ve chosen will start. You can even view thumbnails ...
