If you’ve owned a video camera for more than a week or two, odds are good that you have a stack of videotapes somewhere in your home or office. Those tapes likely contain nuggets of pure gold—memories of idyllic vacations, perhaps, or recordings of milestone events in your life or the lives of people you love.
