Sending Web Pages and Links to Other People

Sharing information from Web pages can be very useful—for example, when you’re researching information (such as travel plans) on behalf of a group, or come across an article that you know would be of interest to a co-worker, friend, or family member. To share the information, or to simply keep a copy of it handy in an easily accessible electronic format, you can send a static copy of the page (to someone else or to yourself) embedded in an e-mail message.
