Marcel sticks his head into Junior’s office. “Fausto, this doesn’t look much different from the last time I was here. How long ago was that? You had a celebration of some kind, and I came for a reception. The mayor and the local dignitaries were here. It must have been an anniversary.”

Junior waves Marcel in and stands to greet him. “Come in. Yes, it was our 50th anniversary—that was more than 10 years ago. Thanks for coming out today. I don’t know what we would do without your help and, of course, the help of Sofia.”

“Always glad to help an old friend. But remember, we only do the coaching. You have to lead the initiative, and you and your associates hold the key to its success.” ...
