“When I was growing up in China, I couldn't imagine that I could ever work for a foreign company,” says Heather Wang. “At that time, we were not even allowed to speak with foreigners.” At about the time Wang was starting college, Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping's open-door policy changed everything.
