PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

What past performance information is stored? Who stores it, how do they store it, how it is accessed, and how it is managed? An organization needs to actively manage its data across the data lifecycle (e.g., acquire/create, store/distribute, use, archive/maintain, and dispose). Regardless of who owns and controls the information, obtaining maximum value from past performance information repositories requires developing, implementing, and executing policies, procedures, architectures, and technologies that support the owner’s mission or role in the past performance cycle.
