PAST PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS

Past performance evaluation is the sum of many parts. It involves more than a score on a single evaluation criterion. There are multiple perceptions, viewpoints, and methods used that all affect what information is considered, how it is considered, and how a firm’s past performance is rated. Savvy firms continuously monitor and manage their past performance information and evaluations. More than that, they have a strong understanding of how to use their own past performance information to present their full capabilities and past performance records in a memorable and distinct way.
