What are the different threats to an organization’s assets? To determine this, you must first consider who or what are you protecting the assets from. Is it external attackers or employees? Some major business failings in recent times have come about through internal manipulation of company financial data or from malicious insiders—the lesson for companies being that they should treat both employees and external intruders with caution.
