When (not if) the leadership gap is closed, the power and potential of women will be freed up so we can bring forward our values, passion, and intellect. Our career and caring contributions will be valued and respected and our voices heard clearly, not muted or filtered. By taking our seats at decision-making tables on a more equal basis, we are challenged to make a difference.
