Setting Recent Document Options

When you display the Start and Open screens in Word, you can use the Recent Documents option to display a list of recently used document for easy access when you want to open them again. In the Advanced pane in Word Options, you can specify the number of recent document that you want to display on the screens. If you want to save yourself even more time accessing recent documents, you can add them to the File tab. In options, you can specify the number of documents that you want to show on the tab.
