After you enable the WordPress network option and become a network admin, you can examine the various settings that are available to you and go over the responsibilities you have while running a network.
As a network admin, you can access the Network Admin Dashboard, which includes several submenus, to manage the sites in your network, as well as the overall settings for your network. Exploring the Network Admin Dashboard
