Most popular page builders come with a wide range of built-in components as well as additional components using addons. So, we can use the existing components to build general purpose WordPress sites. However, when developing advanced applications or sites with custom requirements, the default functionality of these components may not be sufficient. In such cases, we have to build our own page builder components to provide the necessary functionality. We can always create shortcodes and ask the clients to use them inside the page builder components.
