For today’s employees, the design of the office can and does play a key role in their satisfaction with their job and the company. A report by CMI Workplace found that strong office design can make employees up to 33 percent happier at work, and a recent U.S. Workplace Survey by Gensler found that workplace design was one of the key drivers of innovation within an organization.
