There are many events throughout the year that allow companies to thank and acknowledge their employees, and fun is a staple at most of these events. These events range from set holidays to company celebrations for success, but they also include individual celebrations that have traditionally been done in most workplaces, such as employee birthdays, work anniversaries, or departures. Although the best forms of recognition are based on an employee’s performance, not just their presence at work, any activities where you can make employees feel valued are worth doing.
