Workparent is based on the expertise I developed over many years in human capital roles; my extensive work as an executive coach; my own lived experience as a working parent, confronting the same issues and challenges that you and other workparents do; and, importantly, on the insights, advice, encouragement, and example of a great many fellow working mothers and fathers.
