In April of 2015, a project team huddled around the conference room to talk about the coming months. The 50-person team developed high-end analytic and IT solutions for a government client. While the group had significant success over the previous five years, the project manager, Paul, sought to drive renewed energy for the coming year. Paul decided he was going to force the team to think backwards about their success by first unpacking their potential challenges.
