10 Friday: A Long, Long Day
On Friday morning, Don and Tim were in Jack’s office. Tim had a document in front of him and he was going down the plan of attack for the upcoming month.
“First thing we’re going to do,” Tim announced, “is to meet with all your direct reports.” He stopped. “I’m curious,” he asked Jack, “did everyone commit to being All In?”
Jack fidgeted for a second. “No,” he admitted with a combination of frustration and disgust.
“Really?” Tim asked in astonishment. “What do you intend to do about that?”
