12 Monday: A New Leaf
On Monday morning, everyone was seated in Jack’s conference room by 8 AM.
Jack again introduced Tim and Don, then Don gave a quick orientation.
“For the next several days, you’re going to be creating a top-down system of performance metrics.
“You’re going to start out using those metrics to measure your own performance as a management team. Then you’re going to cascade the applicable portions of those metrics to your subordinates, and their subordinates, and their subordinates, all the way to the lowest level of leaders. In the future, you’ll use these metrics to hold yourselves accountable.
