On Friday the 25th, Copper-Bottom’s first Kaizen team gave their final presentation. True to Tim’s word, the capstone presentation of the week’s achievements took less than 30 minutes. The team seemed in a rush to get it over with, but they’d come up with two ingenious ways to eliminate having open file drawers.

The briefing had started with introductions, a recap of the event’s goals, followed a series of before and after photos of the Operations area.
