Abstract

As a general rule, people who find themselves in a serious life and death crisis situation do not rise to the challenge, perform heroically, and have clarity of thought. Most people fall prey to their human reactions of fear, panic, or denial, unless they have received proper training. Those who do generally will default to that training.
