The Situational Assessment and Management Team


After training employees on the violence prevention program and giving particular attention to warning behaviors commonly associated with those moving toward violence, it is vital to build the team that will assess and manage the cases that are reported. We refer to these teams as the situational assessment and management (SAM) team.
