While it is more common for companies to request interviews via phone or video for internships, it is possible that here or there you might get the same request for an actual job interview. For phone interviews, you want to make sure that you are in a quiet place where you won’t be distracted, and also where there isn’t a lot of background noise, which will be annoying to your prospective boss.
