Breaking and Entering

This was the most challenging chapter of the book to write. Although it’s difficult to break into any creative field, and difficult enough to break into animation or comics, it was far more challenging for me to come up with cogent, useful advice for breaking into game writing. The advice in this chapter is culled from a large pool of game producers, designers, developers, and writers to supplement my personal experience. Given the rapid pace at which videogames and the videogame market evolves, my advice is subject to change at any time.
